The Team

Henry co-founded the group in 1979. With extensive experience in underwriting and property assessment, he has also run a commercial brokerage and built the group's property portfolio. Henry provides strategic oversight and direction for the entire group.

Jourdan, a qualified surveyor (MRICS), has 20 years of experience in commercial property and real estate fund management. He has worked at Jones Lang Lasalle and Schroders. Jourdan handles deal origination and underwriting, and enjoys helping borrowers and brokers finalize their deals.

Josh, our Group Financial Officer, has a background in management consulting, giving him a deep understanding of business operations. He also has extensive experience running a commercial brokerage, providing finance to small businesses.

Jessica is an ex-commercial litigator at silver circle law firm with property experience. She is responsible for legal and regulatory matters relating to borrowers and funders.

Josef co-founded the group of companies in 1979. ​Today, he provides occasional oversight and guidance.

Mark brings extensive experience in the banking and finance sector from his career spanning more than 40 years in UK business banking. Mark has been CEO of Allica Bank and Harrods Bank and Deputy CEO at Aldermore.

Tish supports existing borrowers with their projects, leveraging her strong people skills from decades in senior business development and partnership roles. Borrowers appreciate her understanding of their projects. She is also a trustee of a charitable foundation funding projects in the UK and East Africa.

Liran supports Jourdan, especially in communicating with brokers and borrowers, while also contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. With a background in operations and administration, she upholds high standards in daily origination and lending operations. Outside of work, Liran enjoys long walks to relax and exploring new restaurants.

Richard brings over 10 years of experience in real estate finance. He spent eight years working for a bank in New Zealand before moving to London in 2023. He enjoys meeting with brokers and borrowers and working closely with them to structure lending proposals. Outside of work, Richard enjoys travelling to new countries, keeping active through sports and running, and has recently developed a love for football - particularly Arsenal.

Aaron is an Economics graduate from the University of York, bringing a strong analytical foundation to his role with the team. His academic background supports a clear and disciplined approach to financial analysis. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys rowing and running, and spending time walking in the countryside, making the most of time away from the desk.

Max is an Economics graduate from the University of York, bringing valuable experience in both capital markets and real estate finance. This background equips him perfectly to thrive in his analyst role with us.
Outside of work, Max enjoys taking part in endurance sports, namely rowing, running and long-distance triathlon, showcasing his dedication and discipline in all aspects of life.

Ollie studied Economics and Political Science at the University of Birmingham and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at BDO. He thrives on the momentum and teamwork involved in seeing deals through to completion.

Outside of work, Ollie is a self-confessed foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, roast dinners with his family, and long pub lunches after a country walk.

A keen sports fan, Ollie plays padel and enjoys watching football, boxing and Test Match cricket. He is a lifelong supporter of Arsenal and also hosts a football podcast.

Kingsley is a chartered accountant with 50 years of industry experience supporting SMEs. He is an expert in FCA regulation, accounting systems and compliance and provides support to the team when needed.
